WSIA – Airside Civil & Pavements

CPB Contractors, in joint venture with ACCIONA are delivering the Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport’s airside civil and pavement works.

This is the third project awarded by Western Sydney Airport to the joint venture, following the earlier award of two earthworks packages.

The scope of works includes airside services and utilities, including aircraft pavements (runway and taxiways), aircraft isolation pad, airside roads, landscaping and aeronautical ground lighting system (including associated sub-station buildings) and other specialist systems.

Memba Civil are contracted to complete the following scope of works:

Installation of Low Voltage and Comms Pit and Conduits;
Trench and install 5.5km of various communication trench confiurations.
Trench and install 18km of various LV trench configurations.
Installation of 110 communication pits.
Installation of 50 LV pits.

Stormwater;
Excavation and installation of numerous drainage lines from DN375 RCP to 4 x DN1800 RCP
Installation of Precast Headwalls
Installation of precast concrete pits

Installation of High Voltage Pit and Conduits;
Trench and install 2km of various configurations.

Plant Hire;
Wheeled excavator/ Rubber Duck hire.
Vaccum Truck Hire.
